Strosseses 'Atrocity Archive' is dead good thus far. There have been LARTS, firearms, fuck-off lasers, nameless horrors and the alt.poly FAQ ... And I'm only on chapter five.

I shall be slightly disappointed if half my F-L isn't thinking "That sounds like a jolly good weekend..."

I'll also have to bother Anchor Books for 'The Ipcress file' and maybe some HP Lovecraft.


There's a longer post that wants writing about an aspect of me being rubbish, but I'm not sure that there's any useful way of approaching it w/o looking like I'm appealing for a sympathy vote by beating myself up in public, thus making an end-run around the people who'd be justifiably peeved with me and managing self-justification without actually dealing with the original problem and its fall-out.

Not that I've seen that happen on LJ before now. Dear me, no.

Now I've constructed the meta-framework for an entire series of self-serving LJ entries, there's no real point in bothering with them. Hurrah!
