Just a totem gesture

No? Musta bin me, ven.

D'you like the suit? I got it at a shop that specialises in clothes for the fuller figure - It's called MISTER FAT BASTARD. Y'know, I like to keep my ear to the ground regarding fashion, consequently I LISTEN TO A LOT OF DOGSHIT.

You know that loud-quiet-loud-quiet thing indie bands did in the nineties before Nole and Lime took over? Alexei Sayle invented that.

And Dara O'Brien apparently.

The rise of fake Rolex sales is a good thing.

Objects should be appreciated for what they are, not for their branding, and so anything which damages overvalued branding is to be applauded.

Discuss.

Yes. I'd like a hooky 'rolex' for the purposes of winding up people with real ones.

Burberry: Well, if you're going to go for volume, you must expect not to like most of your customers.

On the other hand, there used to be a time when Imprezas were dead nice. I guess they still are, but whenever you hear that 'Brooorp' you think 'chavvy scum' rather than 'goes like stink and copes with forestry tracks'. Shame.

Macs: One day it'll be safe to buy one w/o having to wear a bag over your head or insist that you're only going to use the command line. Like 'buying Playboy for the articles' Suuure it's a BSD box...

Nowt wrong with Burberry

Damn good source of cheap top-quality surplus fabric, and it comes in black. It's what my new jacket's made out of.

I've got a fake Tag somewhere you're welcome to.

It's startlingly proper-looking. If you like that kind of thing.

You're welcome. But don't get *too* excited!

Or indeed listen to the Red Army Choir give a stirring rendition of that perennial favourite 'Machine-gun cart'.
