I think I just need to get into the idea of banging away with the thing randomly with whatever film comes to hand and being entirely prepared to lob out all but two prints/roll.

Try these people (http://www.dlab7.com/) for processing, if you don't mind the latency of mail-order. You'll be wanting their C41 service most likely. I buy film cheaply here (http://www.7dayshop.com/) (who are actually the same people), it's cheap enough that I don't mind blowing through a roll without getting anything out of it (tho' I try not to make a habit of it!).

I have a finger-in-air plan to bung some 1000ASA (At least I think that'll work. I dunno. I'm just making this stuff up as I go along) in it and wander round the Spa. It ought to capture the drunken lurching quite well.

There's a section of the Joy Division video 'Here are the young men' which is grainy-as-hell slowmo. I want things to look like that.

I'm being suckered into it. I'm on the Lomo mailing list - mostly adverts, but some lovely pictures - and yes, I bought a Holga. Then yesterday I bought a Lubitel 166b. By the end of the year I'll probably own at least one of those nifty four-or-nine time delay shutter cameras too.
