Not quite sure that I recognise where that is - is it Bathampton way?

It's taken from the lee of Victoria bridge, looking towards the Sainsers bridge with HomeB&Q in the right background. In the foreground is the shiny new section of the Western Riverside Development where they cut down the pilings holding the river back with staggeringly predictable results. The concrete walkway and trees only went in at the tail-end of last week. I wonder if it all had time to go off?

Hahaha!

No.

Still wearing the bridge equivalent of a gentleman's appliance.

Can you cycle round it? Last time I was there (ages ago) it had turned into an anti-bridge and was more of a roadblock.

Interesting history, Victoria Bridge. It's a more significant bit of civil engineering history than one might think.

Yarp. Well, you can cycle under it carefully, now it's been turned into a chicane for H&S reasons.

I should probably take more pictures this even if the weather is clement.
