My name is not Harry Palmer
Sep. 19th, 2011 07:23 pmIf you're stuck inside a Len Deighton book, I suspect being woken regularly by having a bright light shone in your face is no fun at all. If you're me, it appears to be a tolerably good way to start the day.

Date: 2011-09-20 07:14 am (UTC)I tried a wakey-up light a few years ago, but it did nothing for me. Now, of course, I wake up early whether I want to or not. I think I need something which radiates extra dark in the mornings.

Date: 2011-09-23 08:23 pm (UTC)Also, tried wakey-uppy lights and discovered they worked as well as "sounds like a siren" 1980s digital alarm clock. i.e. for ca. 2 weeks. Then I adjusted. And reverted to "sleep mode on".
Do like "daylight" bulbs all over the place though. The main problem being leaving them on 'cos it looks like "real" light.
