Mildly disturbing thing: The Royston Vasey watersports club appears to be having a meeting in my LJ.

Actually, I rather miss having an outside bog. (As well as an inside one, obv.)

Mind, just think of the quality compost generated by the old Monsters of Rock festivals. I'll warrant (ha!) that there Biff Byford doesn't have to worry about the state of his shallots.

I briefly lived in a house in Manchester that still had the outside bog. It came in handy:

1) at parties

2) when my disabled friend came so she didn't have to get upstairs to the regular one

3) when my parents visited. They think England is the third world anyway; I let them think I only had an outside loo for a couple of days.
