No, what I mean is that until one has connected the 'wave plastic at toys, toys come home with one' moment to the 'oh fuck i didn't want to eat this month anyway' one on receipt of the CC bill, plastic-based transactions are not 'real'. (The people who end up in debtor's
prisontelevision have yet to work this one out.)Similarly buying music as MP3 is not yet a 'real' transaction in my head.
