The 586 bus to the subconscious.

Life imitates Gary Numan, sadly.

No bloody sign of a spacecraft piloted by tripedal aliens, mind. Pitiful.

Live and direct from a pub bog on Balcome street. Just round the corner from the London office.

Life also imitates Jaques Tati, thankfully.

A fine place when there's no bugger about.

I do hope you got a prescription for a boat trip.

Or a road trip, maybe. To Omsk By Camaro. Would that do it ?

I was about to ask when and where, but it seems you're WI-bound. Wave if you want to be rescued. No wheels but we'll see what, etc.

You're lovely, you are.

Sadly, 'one of everything and attending half the talks/workshops' doesn't quite work. Bum.

Still, if you do get steam up, stuff about collectivism, permaculture, creative recycling and anarcho-feminism would be welcome. I'd much rather have an anarchist delegation on the doorstep than religious nutters.

If it's permaculture (or the finer points of vegan sausage manufacture), why not just pitch up at Kebele any time? Think of the workshop-miles involved: why import all these funny furrin people when the good ones are already in your manor?

I'm still amused / appalled by their choice of MurdochSpace as a web host.

I probably don't mean permaculture then.

Think you'd appreciate meeting Mike from permaculture - one of Easton's top scavengers and roadkill chefs. He was on the front the recent Martin Parr photography supplement in the Guardian a few weeks back.

I suspect I would.

It's just tiresome that the opportunity to potter around and soak up the entirety of the book fair is denied me due to careless holiday planning.

... same here with the wedding, which is also a good thing in different ways.

Think the both of us will have to paddle in the waters of collectivism/anarchy/etc rather than the full on soak for now.

I've got something in the pipeline regarding absurd activism that probably could to with discussion with you over a cuppa or pint.

Acts of a Dada or surrealist nature? The Hacienda must be built. From tennis rackets and rolled up newspaper.

Anarchist Book Fair - got a lot of running around to do for that on the catering side, which will take up most of my evenings next week. Bloody shame I'm not going to be able to attend.

The infoshop/bookshop at Kebele is open on Saturdays between 11:00 and 14:00hrs, alongside the vegan breakfasts - I'll be on cooking shifts towards the end of the month. May give you a nudge.
