Dear girl-flu
Jan. 23rd, 2007 10:56 amNo. Just no, ok?
I'll concede that a throat full of nastiness might not be an ideal accompaniment to cycling into work on a freezing morning, so took the car instead. However, that's the limit. I have stuff to do this weekend, and since I don't wish to mither about spreading germs over strangers you can either piss off or you can piss off.

I fondly believe it's the cycle-enabled warmed up metabolism that's fighting off this bug as I write.

Date: 2007-01-23 03:04 pm (UTC)Quite. I'm equally firmly convinced it's the total unfitness which means I have zero reserves with which to fight off the bug (having said that, I've been Not Quite Right for the better part of a week and only fell over yesterday, so I must have some sort of immune system). Which is one reason I can't wait to stop working and use what little energy I have to get more fit.
