1. What makes you happiest?

I have no idea. There are a set of things that make me happy; creating things, knocking around with friends, pottering in a speculative manner, piloting the 900 up twisty bits of road... (Hey, do I sound middle-aged yet?) So I guess a random combination of those would be pretty damn fine. I don't think I've yet found 'Happy'. I'd better keep looking.

2. Given the best-equipped scrapyard out there, and all the equipment you need, what would you like to make?

I'm not sure (Surely you didn't expect straight answers?). I tend to see the scrap and think 'Oh, that would turn into a startling and/or ugly [whatever].' However, I have long-term plans for fire-breathing squirrels, industrial music-gnomes, a Rover P5 leadsled and a Triumph Herald body dropped on a Rangie chassis. Among other things. It's fun to make stuff for people, but the bastards tend to recoil in horror and then have the things destroyed when I'm out of the country. It's happened once too often for it to be coincidence.

3. If time and money were no object, what would be your holiday of a lifetime; where would you go, who with, for how long, and what would you do?

I think I'd take the 'holiday for a lifetime' option. If one had the best holiday ever and it stopped, the rest of your life would be a bit average by comparison. See below. I haven't been to the west coast of the US yet, mind.

4. If you could walk into any job on the planet, what would it be?

Author. In the 'not needing to work again' sense. And the 'usually mentioned in the same sentence as John Wyndham' one, too. Then I could travel the world in search of mad scrap, nuke sites, bunkers, aircraft graveyards, fine sushi, disturbing art projects, cottages with Agas... And be able to drag along anyone who fancied a trip. See above. I like people, by and large. I guess I'm compensating for being a bit rubbish earlier.

5. What's your favourite outfit, for yourself? What makes you look and feel best?

There isn't a particular one. I rather care for wandering about in sleeveless t-shirts and combats. I spent too long hiding inside a leather jacket and low-key clothing gives one rather less to hide behind. On the other hand, I thought we all looked smashing dressed up proper. Long skirts are good. Less is definitely more on that score. There was a corset I was rather attached to, but...

(And that concludes the utter lack of straight answers for [livejournal.com profile] sushidog. Y'all know the drill if you want to play.)
