hirezMigraine. Ow. When was the last one? This was a bit full-on. Visuals slide in (per usual) like some colourcycling stained-glass spaceship appearing from a point in the middle distance and slowly growing until it fills your entire head... And then it seems to travel past on all sides because all you can see are the far edges.
(Ok, I know that it just expands from a point, but such is the wonder of vision that it looks like it's coming right at you.)
And when it does travel past it actually scrapes right through the middle of my head, leaving me lurching about, unable to think anything but the most grim things: there is no point or future but the worst kind of vomit-making pain and it's going to be like this for the rest of my life. The best and most sensible course of action is to dive under the nearest bus and save all concerned any more trouble.
Still, it's gone now. It only hurts when I move my head.
