Definitely the body off a PT Cruiser, you're right. I'm not overconvinced by the nose treatment, although that is very 40s military utilitarian. Suppose it's one way to fill the Cruiser's capacious wheel arches. Quite like the work on mounting the big whip aerial, too.

Definite points for effort. Even if I still prefer the 101 for my post-apocalyptic transport look.

EU regulations. IIRC, you're not supposed to show a white light/reflection to the rear. Unless it's reversing lights.

Not EU; that's a home-grown bit of lunacy.

I can't think of another country that has asymmetric front and rear plates, leaving aside the old Italian allowance for design integrity over visibility (and quite right too) and various places where front plates are optional.

I kinda like it too. Suspect the front end is different cos that's where the PT was crashed. Should be matt black though. All cut up off-roaders should be black. IMO.
