Traffic update with Neasden Postlethwaite

This evening was suffused with the sickly orange glow of sodium lamps reflected off an even covering of cloud, so I could spot the idiot kagoule-pilot walking in a remarkably similar place to yesterday's halfwit.

This one was waving a torch about whenever a vehicle approached, so I think we'll call that a result.
