What's particularly sad is that the G*thic Scum in question is the chair of the C13 committee.

Goes to show exactly how far out of whack the event has gone when someone organising a Convergence has no respect for the_siobhan and hellsop in particular (Mac & I are mouthy & opinionated enough cunts that I can understand people who don't know us all that well believing we might be will to indulge in unscrupulous shenanigans).

It's actually in pretty good shape these days.

There's a reasonably sized crowd of regulars & the days of hordes of newbie idiots is pretty well over because they all go to LJ or Myspace or Facebook or whatever.

Friendlier than back in the day 'cos of that too.
