It's bright and warm outside and I'm singularly failing to put one word in front of another. Not unlike yesterday, only I gave up and went for a potter to look at things because it was just too nice to be mithering inside.

This has to be someone taking the piss. Lord alone knows what the original was. The front end has an air of Yugo, but the back half reminds me of a Reliant Kitten. The bonnet scoop, meanwhile, is pure sixties Dodge Ram-Air.

Rather nice, but how in Bod's name are you supposed to be able to hang on to polished grips at that angle if you give it some welly?

Each of those black things let into the planks is a brass plate engraved with someone's name. All the people who subscribed to the rebuilding of the thing, I presume.

From one of the Oldbury power station 'nature trail' signs. I have to say I'm never quite sure about anything that calls itself a nature trail with a straight face. It smells too much of short-tempered parents dragging stroppy children along muddy paths in order to misidentify trees. The fact that the sign is old and unkempt seems appropriate.

An oddly Frank Lloyd Wright object. It won't stay like that for long, but it would be nice to think that Bristol was going to get a municipal spaceport in the Frank Hampson style.

Possibly, if I knew what it was. I think that's a Maserati-styled grille, but I know cock-all about Barry-target cars these days.

It does have Reliant lines to it, if you try to ignore the (additional) fibreglass ...

Yus. It seems to have a bit of a problem with dynamic range, but that may just be me not stopping to faff with the white-balance. Though 'auto' should work.

Ignore that. It's the crt that can't hack it. Jeez, it's come to something when a Trinitron tube isn't up to the job...
