Just had an object-orienteering kensho; it's easier than I thought it was.

Oh well, 'build the first one to throw away'.

Details of all the Peel Sessions are online. (and have been for a while, I suspect.) In a vague echo of Andy Kershaw, I think it's a bugger that events took that turn before anyone was arsed to get their finger out.

Aww, crap! I was just about to post excitedly about how some of them have even got the actual tracks (for example (http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/johnpeel/sessions/1970s/1979/Nov26joydivision/)) but it turns out they're just 30-second clips. Bastards. I want my license fee back. (Yes yes, I know.)

Also they've reinforced the faulty meme about Joy Division's name in the little bio section...
